Meet your facilitator —

Laura is a sound therapist, energy worker and ceremonial cacao facilitator. Fascinated by all things energetic and frequency since a child it was inevitable she would be drawn into this world.

Laura’s sessions are rooted in assisting you to find safety in rest and going beyond surface level healing.

Energy work has transformed Laura’s relationship with her body, her purpose and learning not to dim her light in this world; this is what she wants for you too.

What is Seichem —

Laura works with the Seichem energy healing system (also referred to as Sekhem healing).

The word Seichem comes from the ancient Egyptian word ‘Sekhem’ which translates to universal energy and power. Seichem is often described as ‘The power of powers’ and is deeply connected to the Egyptian lion-headed Goddess Sekhmet, goddess of transformation, destruction and healing. She destroys that which no longer serves to make room for that which does.

In a remote session such as this, an energetic connection is formed between Laura and you, the client to allow Seichem energy healing to flow to you. During the session you may feel sensations in the body, have emotions surface, or even fall asleep.

  • Honestly in my experience, distant healing is MORE powerful than in-person sessions.

    For instance, your mind and body may feel safer to drop into a restful receiving state in your own familiar space than going to a new environment.

    You can take as long as you need after the session to ground and reflect, again because you are in your own surroundings.

  • Whilst the benefits are unique to each individual depending on what is being felt in the physical, emotional, mental and energetic body; overarching benefits are -

    • Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (your rest state)

    • Mental clarity.

    • Lowers blood pressure.

    • Can aid in easing symptoms of anxiety, depression, IBS, migraines.

    • Enahnced connection to your intuition.

  • This is unique to each individual -

    Some may simply feel calm, others may feel tingling sensations in the body, changes in temperature, feel heavy / light, see colours or images or even fall asleep.

    There is no right or wrong way to experience energy and sound healing.

  • Whilst these healing modalities ae suitable for almost everyone there are some conditions whereby I need to be made aware of, or, sound healing is not suitable - if you have any concerns always consult your GP or medical provider.

    • Heart conditions - need to be made aware of.

    • Pacemakers - need to be made aware of.

    • Pregnancy - Need to be made aware of if in first trimester.

    • Epilepsy - Online Sound healing is not recommended as the sound waves can be interpreted by the brain as light waves unless you are stable and on medication. You my wish to consult your GP or medical provider before booking.

      If you experience sound triggered epilepsy then online sound healing is NOT recommended for you.

    • PTSD/C-PTSD/Schizophrenia/Bipolar - Whilst sound healing can be highly beneficial for mental health; individuals with mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar and PTSD (particularly sound induced) should consult their doctor to determine if it is appropriate for them to receive online sound healing and ensure that they are being treated and receiving support for the condition outside of the sound healing process.

  • Once your online session has been booked, if you cannot attend you must cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session to receive a refund or reschedule.

    Failure to cancel 24 hours before your session will result in no refund being given, only the option to reschedule one time; equally failure to show up to the session without cancelling will result in no refund being issued. or option to reschedule.
