01 / INITIAL CONVERSATION + INTENTION SETTING

We’ll begin with a check-in, exploring any specific areas you'd like to focus on or intentions you'd like to weave into the session.

02 / BESPOKE GUIDED VISUALISATION

Based on your intention + session focus, I’ll lead you through a tailored visualisation to help you align with your desires and feel fully present in your body.

03/ ENERGY HEALING + CLEARING

The heart of the session. Through Seichem energy work, I’ll help you release stagnant energy, rebalance your energetic field + create space for clarity, ease, and flow within your mind +body. As Laura works intuitively, this may also include some sound healing.

04/ INTEGRATION CONVERSATION + CARD PULL

We’ll explore what came up during the session, discuss how to integrate the healing into your day-to-day life, and close with an intuitive card pull to guide your next steps.

Meet your facilitator —

Laura is a sound therapist, energy worker and ceremonial cacao facilitator. Fascinated by all things energetic and frequency since a child it was inevitable she would be drawn into this world.

Laura’s sessions are rooted in assisting you to find safety in rest and going beyond surface level healing.

Energy work has transformed Laura’s relationship with her body, her purpose and learning not to dim her light in this world; this is what she wants for you too.

What is Seichem —

Laura works with the Seichem energy healing system (also referred to as Sekhem healing).

The word Seichem comes from the ancient Egyptian word ‘Sekhem’ which translates to universal energy and power. Seichem is often described as ‘The power of powers’ and is deeply connected to the Egyptian lion-headed Goddess Sekhmet, goddess of transformation, destruction and healing. She destroys that which no longer serves to make room for that which does.

In a remote session such as this, an energetic connection is formed between Laura and you, the client to allow Seichem energy healing to flow to you. During the session you may feel sensations in the body, have emotions surface, or even fall asleep.

  • Honestly in my experience, distant healing is MORE powerful than in-person sessions.


    For instance, your mind and body may feel safer to drop into a restful receiving state in your own familiar space than going to a new environment.

    You can take as long as you need after the session to ground and reflect, again because you are in your own surroundings.

  • This is unique to each individual -

    Some may simply feel calm, others may feel tingling sensations in the body, changes in temperature, feel heavy / light, see colours or images or even fall asleep.

    There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

  • Anchor will provide you with a sacred pause to slow down, to anchor into your intentions for the year ahead. It is a space for you to be witnessed without judgement and receive devoted time held for you.

    Because, truthfully, how much of your time have you given out to others this year and how much have you received for yourself? This is your time.
