What to expect -
Inner Oracle
90 minute workshop
Intro to the energy of your intuition.
Invitation to think of a situation where you would like some guidance before Laura guides you through a visualisation to sense into where you feel your intuition and how to listen to it.
Guided journaling to further cement your visualisation journey and expand on the insights you received.
Grounding snacks (because this work can make you feel like your floating!)
Meet your guide
Laura is a certified sound healing and Seichem energy healing practitioner.
Laura’s passion and purpose in life is creating spaces which enable women to remember that their worth is not defined by how they look and their power does not need to be outsourced to anyone else, because they are enough.
Laura shares from a place of experience, having journeyed through over two decades of disconnection from her own body, she now shared the tools and practices which have enabled her to find not only connection, but confidence and freedom in her body.
